At Legacy Classics, we are committed to providing high-quality classic and luxury vehicles backed by a customer-focused warranty and return policy.

Warranty Coverage – 90 Days

Every vehicle purchased from Legacy Classics comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty. This warranty is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind in your investment.

What is Covered

  • Major engine and transmission components due to manufacturer-related defects
  • Mechanical failures not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Replacement or repair of defective parts, as determined by Legacy Classics or its authorized service partners

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear items (tires, brakes, fluids, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, etc.)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
  • Cosmetic damages (paint chips, upholstery wear, scratches, etc.)
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules

Return Policy – 30 Days

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, Legacy Classics offers a 30-Day Return Policy.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • The vehicle must not have been driven more than 400 miles during this period.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was sold, free from damage, neglect, or excessive wear.

Extended Consideration

Even after the 30-day window, Legacy Classics will review return requests if the vehicle has not been driven more than 400 miles and meets the above condition requirements.

Refund / Exchange Options

  • A refund will be issued, minus applicable administrative, registration, and licensing fees.
  • Customers may also choose to apply the return value as a credit or exchange toward another vehicle in our inventory.
